Spectacular OP pic. Such good overall lighting and good detail for such a deep focus.
France would be responsible for both the European General War (nee' the Great War, nee' WW1) and World War2: they got the hornet's nest all stirred up by invading a smaller country that Germany had sworn to protect; and then here at the ToV, they so insulted, degraded and alienated the Germans that they opened a big door for the rise of the 3rd Reich who then taught the French a thing or two about payback.
