req: playback continues on Alt-M Sample Amplification (5)

When using Alt-D, playback doesn't get interrupted. In Impulse Tracker playback stops when deleting a sample, but I like Schism's behaviour better! It keeps up the tracking flow.
Alt-M shouldn't interrupt playback either I think.

absolutely! it'd be wicked to be able to amplify samples without playback interruption. same with cutting samples (especially non-playing samples, why, if the pattern is playing and isnt toggling the sample you are about to amplify/beg-cut/end-cut – why would the pattern stop playing?

Moreover, a lot of those things used to work without stopping playback. I don't know why it was changed.
