"Useless" effect data removed (3)

Is this a feature or a bug?

I had a channel full of effect data without any effect commands assigned. (Just numbers in the right collumn) that I was using to keep track of my offset locations for a big sample I was cutting apart. (Love that Oxx)

When I saved and reloaded, it was all gone.

I compiled from the 20090728 release.
