Was wondering if anyone here has a copy of this.
There have been a few of us on 4chan looking for the original of this. the op have no info about the image except for the name of the file he had of Request.jpg. Hope someone here can help...

Unfortunately, I cropped the wallpaper out of the picture, and tried looking for it in iqdb, tinyeye and others, to no avail. =/
